Please appreciate though our Engineers are busy and are not just free to pick their brains!
You can send in your machines for inspection for a fault finding inspection which is charged at a set rate. Our Technicians will call you with the findings and provide a quote for the cost of the repair which will include parts and labour.
We also offer this excellent service to CNC plasma cutting systems and Positioning machinery, although it maybe be more cost effective in this case to send the controls to us or arrange a site visit. A discussion with our Service Team will decide the most appropriate action.
As we have traded for over 50 years, our Spares Department contains many parts from current and obsolete welding machinery. An Aladdin's cave! Either way, Westermans International can service, fix and repair the majority of welding machines made in Europe or the USA.
