Proarc AVC Arc Voltage Control System - Add on Unit
- The ProArc AVC Arc Voltage Control System is designed to regulate the voltage of the welding arc, maintaining consistent arc length and stability
- The ProArc AVC-150 and AVC-25 systems utilise a control and drive unit to maintain precise TIG & plasma welding arc length in automated systems.
- This device improves the quality and efficiency of welding processes, including TIG and plasma welding. Improve workplace safety by reducing the risk of equipment failures and accidents caused by welding defects or errors
- Use AVC to reduce the possibility of defects and inconsistencies in the weld material. This results in a more precise and consistent weld penetration, leading to an overall improvement in the quality
- Any variation in the arc gap is rapidly compensated for by continuous measurement of the arc voltage and a positional correction to the torch slide therefore maintaining a precise arc voltage.
- It helps to reduce spatter, which improves weld appearance and a reduce clean-up time, consistent weld parameters helps users reduces rework or repairs gaining better output
- Suitable for aerospace, tube and pipe mills, pharmaceutical, precision welding in GTAW and PAW of weldments for circle & longitudinal seams
- The system is easy to operate and integrates with a wide range of power supplies, torches, and welding positioners for assembling turn-key automation systems
- Voltage control accuracy, 0.01V
- Power input AC 110/220V, 50/60Hz, 1 Phase
