As experienced Exporters, we will provide all shipping documents applicable for your Country. Please check if unsure.
If you need Certificates of Origin, Legalised Invoices and Engineers certificates, these too can be arranged at cost. Please advise on the Purchase Order as some charges apply and it could delay the shipment.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
It is your responsibility to examine your order upon delivery to ensure there are no visible signs of damage as any damage must be reported immediately. This must be then reported in writing with photographic evidence within 48 hours. In the event that there are parts of your order missing or incorrect you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with full details in writing with photographic evidence. No claims can be made against Westermans International Ltd if not in writing or after this time. For any other problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
We work closely with a number of trusted Shipping Agents who are organised and compliant for the UK's regulations regarding worldwide export and imports. They prepare all the necessary documentation and work with Agents in your area.
Free Trade Agreements make exporting easier from the United Kingdom to you.

This list may change and you're encouraged to seek advice from Import Agents in your own country as to what taxes and duties you will need to pay before placing your order. However Free Trade between countries reduces or eliminates Duties paid on arrival.
