After receiving your much valued order and payment, our Team start to prepare your Equipment immediately. You have invested time and money into this purchase and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
After the refurbishment and service work has been completed, the welding machine is then prepared for dispatch.
If we are arranging the carriage within the UK, the welding equipment will be palletised. Most welders are dispatched on a 2-3 day service, though Next Day is available.
Unless sold ex-works, each piece of equipment is banded and shrink wrapped onto a pallet for a safe onward journey to your works anywhere in the world. We have lifting facilities for loading on to arctics, flats, standard and open top containers.
Overseas shipment can be palletised or loaded into containers and secured with strapping. We try and obtain the most competitive shipping prices from a number of reliable and experienced machine movers. We have more details on International shipping and documentation for your welding equipment.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
It is your responsibility to examine your order upon delivery to ensure there are no visible signs of damage as any damage must be reported immediately. This must be then reported in writing with photographic evidence within 48 hours. In the event that there are parts of your order missing or incorrect you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with full details in writing with photographic evidence. No claims can be made against Westermans International Ltd if not in writing or after this time. For any other problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
Please be aware. Any goods signed for or taken from the driver are exempt from claims unless video evidence can be provided of damage before offloading. If in doubt do not accept your goods.
