Miller Proheat 35 Induction with Temperature Control, 400-460V, CE
- Miller Proheat 35 with temperature control, digital recorder, chiller, liquid-cooled heating cable and output extension cable, 400-460V, CE
- A highly versatile, liquid-cooled induction heating unit for preheating a variety of pipe diameters and even flat plate
- Applications include process piping, refinery, petrochemical, power piping, pressure vessels, and structural shipbuilding
- Induction technology provides a fast, safe and consistent heating method for pre- and post-weld heat treatment, to help minimise the risk of weld failure due to hydrogen-induced cracking in high-strength steels.
- The Miller Proheat 35 liquid-cooled system can be operated in manual programming mode where a power output is applied to a part for a specified time, or in the temperature based programming mode where the part temperature is used to control power output.
- With the ProHeat 35 induction heating system, one or two joints can be rapidly and uniformly heated for preheat or stress relief with minimal setup and instruction time
- An induction heating unit induces heat electromagnetically rather than by using a heating element to conduct heat. Making it much more efficient and safer to operate
- The ProHeat™ 35 features multiple outputs, four control thermocouples to ensure uniform heating, significantly more than conventional heating.
- Plus, an extremely easy-to-use operator interface that allows the operator to program ramp and hold temperature times.
- It also tutors the operator to achieve maximum output from the induction coils.
- Includes used Miller Proheat 35 power source, chiller, digital recorder, liquid-cooled heating cables and output extension cable - Size TBC
