8-4000 Closed Fusion Weld Head new and used
- M8-4000 suitable for 0.50" - 4.094" (12.7-104mm) tube/pipe OD range
- Designed for fusion TIG welding of tube, thin wall pipe and fittings
- Narrow width making them ideal for fitting-to-fitting welds and other limited clearance applications
- M8 series weld heads incorporate a two-sided clamping mechanism - precision machined and designed to compensate for significant diameter variences
- while ensuring positive clamping force and concentricity
- Accommodating a wide variety of applications through insert/collet sizes
- Fitted with water cooling capability - water cooled power source required for fully cooled system (recommended for heavy wall or high duty cycle applications)

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.

- “Serviced” machines: 7 working days.
- “Refurbished” machines: 2-3 weeks.
- “New” machines: subject to stock and supplier lead times where applicable.
