SBI PMI 350 TL3 Plasma Welder

- The soft plasma welding machine is used for sheet metal up to 6mm. Mainly used materials for plasma welding are stainless steels, steels, titanium, zirconium and copper.
- The arc is constricted by a copper nozzle, which results in a high power density. The concentrated arc, in conjunction with the controllable plasma gas
- enables higher welding speeds and deeper penetration (root welding) to be achieved, which saves time and money.
- The strong bundling of the arc and the welding speed mean that only a narrow heat-affected zone is formed, which results in less thermal distortion in the component.

Lead Times
All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.

- “Serviced” machines: 7 working days.
- “Refurbished” machines: 2-3 weeks.
- “New” machines: subject to stock and supplier lead times where applicable.
