- Bode manipulator is a British made heavy duty submerged arc system for pressure vessel, pipe fabrication, construction and welding
- Bode C&B manipulator is 4500mm x 6000mm. Over all height 6700mm
- Fitted with a powerful ESAB LAF 1000 DC welding power source and FFRS ESAB Flux recovery system and recovery Ideal for continuous and high capacity welding
- Includes an ESAB PAV Manual joint positioning system, simple to use for manual joint tracking - works with ESAB A2 or A6 - adaptable for almost any welding joint
- The Column is supported on a heavy duty crossroll bearings permitting 360 degrees rotation. Motorised column rotation. Servo Slide Motorized slide for linear motion
- Boom is supported on rollers incorporated in the saddle, and is traversed horizontally through a thyristor controlled at stepless welding speeds. 480kg Load capacity
- All motions: boom travel, boom elevation and column carriage traverse are available with constant or stepless welding speed drives.
- The saddle incorporates additional rollers to enable it to be traversed up the column sideways.
- A fail-safe device is fitted to the Saddle making it impossible for the Boom to fail, and which locks the boom saddle securely at any point
- Flashing light at top of column and end of boom for safety, torque limiters for all drives to prevent damage in case of a blockage.
