ETR Hot Wire Cladding. The equipment is mainly used for surfacing welding of the inner wall of oil and gas industry components such as valve bodies flanges, and pipe fittings. The workpiece is installed horizontally on the workbench
The workpiece program type is pre-written on the system panel based on PC system control, and various workpiece feature parameters are set and welding parameters are written. After arcing, the workpiece welding is completed automatically.
The welding gun is rotated (ETR), and the characteristic welding surfaces that can be completed include circular, diameter gradient circle, plane circle, valve body intersection line, runway type, V -groove, reducer pipe,
tee pipe and other automatic track operation welding. It automatically completes a single characteristic welding surface.
If the characteristic welding surface changes, it is necessary to manually adjust the workpiece, adjust the initial posture of the welding gun, and recompile and select the program
ETR can be used to process workpieces with a maximum diameter of 500 mm (combination guns can be used to weld large workpieces)
