Gullco Plate Bevelling Machine KBM-28 - New

- Portable heavy duty plate edge bevelling machine, self propelled weld prep Beveler
- Produces clean machined bevels with no thermal distortion on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum plate from 5/16” (8.0 mm) to 2” (50.0 mm) thick
- The KBM-28 bevels the topside of plate reducing time and cost, enhanced when used with the KBM-28U underside beveller in applications where both sides of the material require bevelling
- The KBM-28U is perfect for beveling the underside of the plate without need for flipping the work piece over
- Operates at 6.5 feet (2 meters) per minute
- KBM-28 units can be supplied with choice of undercarriages -
- Spring loaded caster wheel assembly for self-propelled beveling along any length of plate maintaining a uniform bevel and consistent root face
- Hydraulic version of above best suited for applications where frequent height adjustment is required
- KBM-28 Bevelling machines come complete with the following equipment as standard -
- 1x GBM-28-X1 Deep Tooth Cutter (medium cut) 1x Set Bevel Angle Pins for 22 1/2°, 30°, 37 1/2°, 45° or 55 ° and 1x Tool Kit
- Pins for other bevel angles available upon request
- Accessories available for tailoring systems to meet your bevelling requirements, including tooth cutters

If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
