Meritus Longitudinal seam welder previously for stainless exhausts
This equipment is available for delivery to United States
- Meritus Prospot 50kva longitudinal resistance seam welder is particularly suitable for high speed continuous welding and was previously used to manufacture stainless steel exhausts
- Model RAS50A5 with 50 KVA capacity
- The rocker arm spot welder fro seam welding is fitted with twin foot pedals with a HIGH-LIFT facility for improving welding access and speed of production
- The machine has water cooled electrodes, holders, timers and transformers
- The spot welder is fitted with telescopic arms enabling the machine throat to be easily adjusted without removal from the machine
- Provision is made for both electrode holders to be set at an angle of 20 degrees from the vertical if required
