- Miller ProHeat 35 liquid-cooled induction heating system. 460-575V, 3-phase, 50/60Hz supply
- They provide a highly versatile tool for preheating, stress relieving, and hydrogen bake out. As well as post weld heat treatment and shrink fit in a variety of pipe diameters and flat plate.
- Miller ProHeat 35 is the most efficient and fastest inductive heating solution up to 788 °C.
- Time to temperature performance is faster than conventional processes due to the method of applying the heat, reducing heat treat cycle time.
- The induction power source is power efficient (more than 90%), reducing operating costs.
- Also, less heat is transferred to the outside air, improving the work environment.
- Induction heating provides uniform heating around the pipe and through thickness.
- The surface of the pipe is not marred by localised conducted heat at higher than specified temperatures.
- They combine flexibility, precision and reliability into compact lightweight packages that provide all the features required for reliable, consistent and efficient heating using the induction process.
- The 100%-duty-cycle, liquid-cooled units are perfect for heating operations—especially large diameter pipe, heavy wall steel plate and critical time-to-temperature applications.

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
