ProArc 684mm External Longitudinal Seam Welder

- A plug and play, ProArc 600mm longitudinal welding system for straight-line welding along the seam of cylindrical, conical and rectangular workpieces.
- Ideal for longitudinal external welding of vessels, exhausts, vacuum components, filter elements, water tanks, metal hose, HVAC duct. chemical tanks and precision bellows.
- Industries include food, brewery, water and utilities, ventilation, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, energy and semi-conductor.
- It provides 100% penetration, single pass weld on untacked cylinders and flat sheets without heat distortion to the material.
- The new seam welders are designed for automatic straight line welding of all weldable metals of thickness from 0.1mm to 10mm.
- Fully digital control with PLC and HMI, providing an intuitive graphical interface, presenting clear data.
- Minimum workpiece diameters from 67mm to maximum of 850mm as standard, riser blocks available to increase diameter on request.
- Can be offered with TIG, MIG or plasma welding systems as required.

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.

- “Refurbished” machines: 2-3 weeks.
