- Resistance welder for circumferential seam welding made by PEI, model PFR
- Welding capacity on mild steel (mm): 80KVA - 1.2+1.2, 100KVA - 1.5+1.5, 130KVA - 2+2
- Fully water cooled including heads and wheels (200mm diameter) for long life
- Comes with CS-290R Controls
- Variable speed drive motor (reversible)
- Adjustable high lift head
- Foot pedal or concomitant button operation with key switch selection
- Useful depth 600mm on wheels, single or double wheel driven with differential gear
- Rolls in cobalt-berillium alloy water cooled, as well as water cooled roll support heads
- Welding power transmitted by silver contacts in oil bath
- Speed control with mechanical variator; Single drive
- Speed adjustment via potentiometer drive inverter (option)
- Please note that this is a standard machine. Details about the type of material, thickness and a drawing / photo of the part to be welded is required for a bespoke quotation to suit your application.
- Longitudinal bench mounted seam welding machine can also be offered as per photo - POA
- Applications include: producing liquid and air-tight welds for manufacturing fuel and gas tanks, vessel parts, as well as pipe and tube welding

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
- “As Is” machines: 2-3 working days.
- “Serviced” machines: 7 working days.
- “Refurbished” machines: 2-3 weeks.
- “New” machines: subject to stock and supplier lead times where applicable.
