New West Longitudinal Roll Planisher

- Longitudinal Roll Planishers are specially designed to planish straight line seam welding and are used to remove weld build-up whilst improving surface finish.
- They are useful tools that not only improve the cosmetic appearance of parts but also improves the strength of the welded metal joint.
- It is commonly used in various applications from aerospace parts to stainless steel kitchen sinks.
- This Roll Planisher is available for maximum processing lengths of 1,000mm & 1,800mm.
- The 1,000mm model has a min dia allowance of 100mm and a hydraulic motor power of 5.5kw, the 1,800mm model has a min dia of 200mm and a hydraulic motor power of 7.5kw.
- Voltage - 380V, 50Hz
- Min sheet thickness - 0.5mm, maximum thickness 5.0mm
- Precisely control the amount of force applied to the metal sheet with the adjustable roll pressure feature, it also has variable roll speed and an automatic feed and discharge to improve efficiency and reduce manual labour.
