Orbitalum Orbimat 165CB Orbital welder
- The ORBIMAT CB-series orbital welder includes the well proven ORBIMATIC Auto-programming with easy weld procedure generation which requires input of diameter, wall thickness, material and gas.
- Complete with the Orbitwin parallel switching box for maximum production. It can simultaneously connect 2 weld heads of different models. Doubling up the production.
- Purchase just the Power Source and Oritwin control unit @ £6,000 GBP or upgrade for an orbital welding package with either model 38s or 76s Closed Weld Head
- The compact design has a 10.5" monitor, multi-language operation, storage for 5000 welding procedures, mini printer and only weight 26kg so totally portable
- A wide-range input voltage of 85 - 260 V which allows connection to all world-wide single phase supply systems
- Package can include one or both of the totally enclosed, extra thin orbital tube welding heads with extremely high-duty cycle and unexcelled features
- Weld head : ORBIWELD Model 38 S 3 – 38.1 mm
- Weld head: ORBIWELD Model 76 S 6 – 77 mm
- With a built-in remote control in the rugged weld head handle all critical welding commands can be transmitted to the power-source.

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
