- The Polysoude P3 UHP smart orbital welding power source is made for demanding Ultra High Purity industries. Removed from a clean room
- Specially designed and built to meet the requirements of High Purity and Ultra High Purity environments, it can be combined with a closed orbital welding heads: UHP 500 and UHP 625,
- Made for the Semiconductor market, the P3 UHP’s high precision capabilities make it equally well designed for the most demanding UHP industries and applications
- WiFi connection and functionality allows the Smart Welding Station to interface perfectly with the Industry 4.0 process and the OPC-UA protocol
- These orbital TIG welding heads produce joints of unrivalled quality without cracks, pores and roughness.
- TIG without filler wire. The closed chamber provides perfect gas protection to avoid heat tint of the tubes and reduced particle emission to keep the cleanroom clean

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
- “As Is” machines: 2-3 working days.
- “Serviced” machines: 7 working days.
- “Refurbished” machines: 2-3 weeks.
- “New” machines: subject to stock and supplier lead times where applicable.
