- Longitudinal seam welding machine for welding lengths up to 1,596mm
- Workpiece diameters from 133mm to maximum of 850mm as standard, riser block available to increase diameter.
- Standard colour RAL7035 - light grey.
- Can be offered with TIG, MIG or plasma welding systems as required.
- Designed for automatic straight line welding of all weldable metals of thickness from 0.1mm to 10mm.
- Fully digital control with PLC and HMI, providing an intuitive graphical interface, presenting clear data.
- It provides 100% penetration, single pass weld on untacked cylinders and flat sheets without heat distortion to the material.
- A plug and play, longitudinal welding system for cylindrical, conical and rectangular workpieces.
- Ideal for longitudinal welding of vessels, exhausts, vacuum components, filter elements, water tanks, metal hose, HVAC duct. chemical tanks and precision bellows.

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
