ProArc MP Compact Manipulator/Column and Boom

- ProArc MP-1212 compact welding manipulator is designed specifically for TIG & MIG circumferential welding application by using the Column and Boom
- Combining with ProArc welding turntables or rollers, you can develop your own welding automation system and maximise your work efficiency.
- The .2 x 1.2 boom welder has a rigid structure with electrical boom lifting and manual boom travel control
- Equipped with 360° rotating base for flexible welding application
- Torch holder with dual X/Y axis torch slides fixed on ±90° rotating seat *2 for ease of movement in all direction
- Linear guideway and ballscrew yielding precise and quality welding
- Manual transverse adjustment equipped with quick lock handle
- Bespoke and modular, it can be used with Circle nozzle welder, ST-150 Welding Seam tracker, ProArc AVC-150/AVC-25 or ProArc WO-15 oscillator and also with any positioners or turning rolls
- This compact system is designed to save floor space and make installation easy

All used machines are serviced/refurbished to order, and lead times are dependant on current workload and machine type. The below can be used as a guide only, and is subject to change. If you have a deadline you need the equipment by, please contact us prior to ordering. We will always do what we can to try and work with your timescales where possible.
