- Miller Proheat 35 liquid-cooled induction heating unit with rolling inductor system, 400-460V, CE - As New Condition
- The ProHeat 35 rolling induction system is a simple and cost-effective heating solution, delivering fast and consistent heat for pipe fabrication shops that weld pipe spools for the refinery, petrochemical, power and HVAC industries.
- Heat treatment with the Miller Proheat 35 and rolling induction system technology also boosts productivity, and reduces hydrogen cracking in pipeline applications
- Powering a heating revolution—for preheat of moving parts up to 315 degrees Celsius (600°F).
- The ProHeat 35 liquid-cooled system can be operated in manual programming mode, where a power output is applied to a part for a specified time. Or in the temperature based programming mode, where the part temperature is used to control power output.
- Induction technology is a fast, safe and consistent heating method for pre- and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT).
- While also helping to minimise the risk of weld failure due in high-strength steels due to hydrogen cracking.
- Includes Miller Proheat 35 liquid-cooled power source, chiller, rolling inductor (301117).
- Welding positioners and pipe rotators available if required.
